3 HOME WORKOUTS WITH NO EQUIPMENT

Sometimes we just don’t feel like going out to the gym but still want to get that workout it. Some of us might just be easing into it and simply aren’t ready for the gym. But what happens when we want to do a home workout and don’t have any equipment? Here are 5 workouts you can do at home and no equipment is required!

1. Abs circuit

Combine a series of various crunches to work your abdomen.

Try this:

  1. 30x crunches x3
  2. 1 min plank x3
  3. 20x heel taps x3
  4. 20x bicycle crunch x3

This will get your abdomen burning in no time. If you’re a first timer try half the reps.

2. Legs

We need to get those leg days in even at home without equipment.

Try this:

  1. 30x squats x3
  2. 30x lunges x3
  3. 30x calf raises x3
  4. 20x hip raises x3
3. Arms

Don’t forget the arms!

Try this:

  1. 30x push ups x3
  2. 1 min plank x3
  3. 1 min side plank x3
  4. 20x triceps dips x3

Feel like they’re not enough? Combine the three exercises together and set a timer for each rep for a more intense workout!
